How to Delete Your AutoDial Excel Account

Good News: Your Data is Already Private

AutoDial Excel stores all your work data (contacts, call outcomes, Excel files) locally on your device - not on our servers. This means:

  • Your contacts and call data are never uploaded to us
  • Simply uninstalling the app removes all your local data
  • We only store minimal account info (email, name) for authentication

We respect your right to delete your AutoDial Excel account and personal data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account and what data will be removed.

AutoDial Excel offers two methods for account deletion:

  1. Uninstall the App (Removes all local data immediately)
  2. Email Request (For server-side data deletion)
Important Information Before You Delete
What You Should Know
  • Export your data first if you want to keep your call outcomes and notes
  • Uninstalling removes ALL local data (contacts, outcomes, Excel files)
  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through Google Play
  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
  • You can create a new account with the same Google account later
What Gets Deleted
Local Data (Deleted When You Uninstall)

The following data is stored on your device only and is removed immediately when you uninstall:

  • Imported Contacts: All contacts from Excel/CSV files
  • Call Outcomes: All tracked outcomes and notes
  • Session History: All calling session records
  • Custom Templates: Your outcome templates and settings
  • Exported Files: Any files saved within the app
  • App Preferences: All settings and configurations
Server Data (Deleted Upon Request)

The following minimal data is stored on our servers and will be deleted within 30 days of your request:

  • Authentication Data: Your Google account email and name
  • Session Tokens: Login and authentication tokens
  • Subscription Status: Your subscription records
  • Device ID: Anonymized device identifier
Method 1: Uninstall the App (Local Data Removal)

The simplest way to remove all your data is to uninstall the app:

Before Uninstalling:
  1. Export your data if you want to keep your call outcomes:
    • Open AutoDial Excel
    • Go to your session or contact list
    • Tap "Export" to save your data with outcomes
    • Share/save the exported file to your desired location
  2. Cancel your subscription (if active) through Google Play
To Uninstall:
  1. Long-press the AutoDial Excel app icon
  2. Tap "Uninstall" or drag to "Uninstall"
  3. Confirm uninstallation

All local data will be permanently removed from your device.

Method 2: Email Request (Server Data Deletion)

To delete your account data from our servers, contact us via email:

Email Deletion Request Instructions:
  1. Send an email to: [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line: "AutoDial Excel - Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address (used for Google Sign-In)
    • Confirmation statement: "I request permanent deletion of my AutoDial Excel account"
    • (Optional) Reason for deletion (helps us improve)
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days
  5. Your server data will be deleted within 30 days
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted

I request permanent deletion of my AutoDial Excel account associated with the email address: [[email protected]]

I understand that this action is irreversible and that all my account data will be permanently deleted from your servers.

Before You Delete: Cancel Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, you MUST cancel it separately through Google Play to avoid future charges:

For Google Play (Android):
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find AutoDial Excel and tap it
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm
Important

Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does NOT automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel through Google Play to stop future billing.

Data Retention Timeline

After account deletion request:

  • Immediate (Uninstall): All local data is removed from your device
  • Within 7 days: We process your server data deletion request
  • Within 30 days: All server-side data is permanently deleted
Re-Creating Your Account

If you change your mind and want to use AutoDial Excel again:

  • You can create a new account using the same Google account
  • All previous data will be gone (no recovery possible)
  • Previous contacts, outcomes, and session history will NOT be restored
  • Previous subscription does not carry over (new subscription required)
  • You may be eligible for a new free trial
