Refund Policy Overview

AutoDial Excel offers subscription-based plans that are processed and managed through the Google Play Store. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for your purchases.

BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues related to your purchase.

Subscription Plans

AutoDial Excel offers the following:

  • Free Trial: Try the app before subscribing (trial duration displayed at signup)
  • Paid Subscriptions: Monthly or yearly plans for full access to premium features
Try Before You Buy

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate AutoDial Excel before committing to a subscription. We recommend using the full trial period to ensure the app meets your needs.

Google Play Store Refunds

For purchases made through the Google Play Store, refund requests are handled directly by Google. According to Google's policy:

  • For eligible in-app purchases and new subscriptions, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase
  • To request a refund, visit Google Play Order History, select your AutoDial Excel purchase, and click "Request a refund"
  • For subscription purchases, you may cancel at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel Your Subscription:
  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Find AutoDial Excel and tap it
  6. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions

Important notes about subscription cancellations:

  • Canceling a subscription will stop automatic renewal
  • You will still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
  • Your local data (contacts, outcomes) will NOT be affected by subscription cancellation
Free Trial Terms

If you signed up with a free trial:

  • You can access all premium features during the trial at no cost
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
  • Trials are typically available to new subscribers only
  • After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
  • Canceling during the trial period results in no charges
Cancel Before Trial Ends

If you don't want to continue after the free trial, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The purchase was made within the last 48 hours (Google Play standard policy)
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the app despite troubleshooting attempts
  • The app failed to deliver core functionality as described (Excel import, calling, outcome tracking)
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges occurred
  • Billing errors or incorrect subscription charges
Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
  • Subscriptions active for more than 48 hours without technical issues
  • Refund requests based on personal preference or change of mind after the refund window
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the free trial ends
  • Service issues caused by user's device or file format problems
  • Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly

How to Request Support for Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund beyond the Google Play 48-hour window:

  2. Use subject line: "AutoDial Excel - Refund Request"
  3. Include in your email:
    • Your registered email address (Google Sign-In email)
    • Google Play order number / transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Description of the issue (with screenshots if possible)
    • Steps you've already tried to resolve the issue
  4. We will review your request within 3-5 business days

Note: We cannot directly process refunds for Google Play purchases. However, we can assist in documenting valid technical issues to support your refund request with Google Play support.

Refund Processing Timeline

For approved refunds through Google Play:

  • Google Play typically processes refunds within 48 hours of approval
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Credit card refunds may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement
Account Deletion and Refunds

Please note:

  • Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does NOT automatically cancel your subscription
  • You must cancel through Google Play to stop future billing
  • Account deletion is separate from the refund process
  • Your local data (contacts, outcomes) is not recoverable after deletion
Fraudulent Activity

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact Google Play support immediately to report unauthorized charges
  • Secure your Google account by changing your password
  • Enable two-factor authentication
  • Review your Google Play purchase history regularly
Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

  • Posting the updated policy on this page
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
  • Sending an in-app notification for significant changes
