Binaryscript Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the AutoPay Manager mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
Key Privacy Principle
Your SMS and notification data stays on YOUR device. We process SMS messages and notifications locally on your device to detect autopays. This data is NEVER uploaded to our servers.

When you register and use the App, we collect:

- Email address: Optional, if provided

We automatically collect:
- Device ID (Android ID)

1.3 SMS Data
Local Processing Only
With your explicit permission, the App reads SMS messages from:
- Banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, and other Indian banks)
- Payment services
Purpose: To automatically detect autopay transactions, EMIs, and recurring payments mentioned in bank SMS messages.
Important: SMS data is processed locally on your device. We do NOT upload or store your SMS content on our servers.
1.4 Notification Data

With your explicit permission, the App monitors notifications from:
- UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay)
- Banking apps
Purpose: To detect autopay transactions and payment notifications.
Important: Notification data is processed locally on your device. We do NOT upload or store your notification content on our servers.

Information about detected or manually added autopays:
- Service/subscription name
- Amount
- Payment frequency
- Category
- Due dates
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Provide Core Services
- Authenticate your account using phone number verification
- Detect and track your autopay subscriptions
- Display your recurring payment information

- Analyze app usage patterns (anonymized)

5. SMS and Notification Access
5.1 Why We Need These Permissions
The App requires SMS and Notification access to automatically detect your autopay transactions. Without these permissions, you can still use the App but will need to add autopays manually.
5.2 What We Access
- SMS: Only messages from banks and payment services
- Notifications: Only from UPI and banking apps
5.3 What We DON'T Do
- We do NOT read personal messages
- We do NOT upload SMS/notification content to our servers
- We do NOT share this data with third parties
- We do NOT access messages older than 6 months
5.4 Data Processing
All SMS and notification processing happens locally on your device. Only extracted autopay information (service name, amount, frequency) is stored.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share information only:

Third-party companies that help us operate our services (listed in Section 4).

When required by law, court order, or government request.
6.3 For Safety

- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Local autopay data: Stored on your device until app uninstall
- Authentication tokens: Automatically refreshed; deleted on logout
- Analytics data: Retained for up to 24 months in anonymized form
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside India. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
