Refund Policy Overview

BinaryScript maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Autopay Manager. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments for Autopay Manager subscriptions are processed via UPI (PhonePe/Razorpay) and managed directly by BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our").

Payment Processing

All subscription payments for Autopay Manager are processed through:

  • UPI payments via PhonePe or Razorpay payment gateway
  • Payments are managed and processed directly by BinaryScript
  • All transactions are final once payment is successfully completed
No Refund Policy

BinaryScript does not offer refunds for any payments made for Autopay Manager subscriptions or in-app purchases. This is a strict policy with no exceptions.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Autopay Manager subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Important notes about subscription cancellations:

  • Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal only
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial use or early termination
  • You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All purchases made through Autopay Manager are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Lifetime purchases
  • Any other in-app purchases
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Purchases where the user has accessed or used premium features
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date

We encourage you to review the app features carefully and take advantage of any free trial periods (if available) before making a purchase.

Technical Support

If you experience technical issues with Autopay Manager, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to resolve technical problems, but technical issues do not entitle users to a refund from BinaryScript.

Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] to report unauthorized charges
  • Secure your account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to premium features. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious purchase or refund patterns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in payment fraud or abuse
  • Take appropriate action against accounts that exploit our policies

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
