This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to AutoSMS Excel Premium purchases, operated by Binaryscript Private Limited.

Free vs Premium

AutoSMS Excel is free to use with up to 2 campaigns and 20 recipients per CSV file. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited campaigns and unlimited recipients.

All payments are processed through Google Play Store (Android). We do not directly process payments or store payment information.

1. Free Version

The free version of AutoSMS Excel includes:

  • Create up to 2 campaigns
  • Up to 20 recipients per CSV file
  • All core features (CSV import, message templates, SMS Intent sending)
  • Save and reuse message templates
  • Campaign progress tracking

No payment required - therefore no refund applicable for free usage.

2. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may be offered as:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed every month, auto-renews
  • Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, auto-renews (best value)
  • Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment, no recurring charges
3. Payment Processing
Google Play Store Handles All Payments

All purchases and subscriptions for AutoSMS Excel are processed through Google Play Billing. This means:

  • Google Play Store manages your payment information
  • We do not have access to your credit card or payment details
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies
  • Subscription management is done through your Google Play account
4. Subscription Auto-Renewal

Important Information About Auto-Renewal:

  • Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You will be charged 24 hours before the end of your current period
  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
  • Lifetime purchases are one-time payments and do not auto-renew
5. Refund Eligibility - Google Play Store (Android)
5.1 Google Play Refund Window

Within 48 Hours: Google Play may automatically approve refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Google.

5.2 How to Request a Refund from Google Play

Method 1: Through Google Play Store App

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history
  4. Find the AutoSMS Excel purchase
  5. Tap "Refund" or "Report a problem"
  6. Select your reason and submit

Method 2: Through Web Browser

  1. Visit Google Play Order History
  2. Sign in with your Google account
  3. Find your AutoSMS Excel purchase
  4. Click "Request a refund"
  5. Follow the instructions

6. Circumstances for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchases: You accidentally purchased Premium
  • Duplicate charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Technical issues: Premium features are not working as described
  • Unauthorized purchases: Purchase was made without your authorization
  • App malfunction: The App is completely unusable due to technical issues
7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally NOT provided for:

  • Subscription time already used (partial refunds for active subscriptions)
  • Change of mind after using Premium features
  • Failure to cancel subscription before auto-renewal
  • Not using the app during the subscription period
  • Device incompatibility (check Android version requirements before purchase)
  • Data loss (data is stored locally on your device - see our backup reminders)
  • SMS charges from your mobile carrier (separate from App subscription)
  • Messages not being delivered (delivery depends on your carrier, not the App)
8. Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances. To request a discretionary refund:

  • Include your Google Play order number
  • Explain the circumstances of your refund request
  • Include screenshots if applicable
9. Subscription Cancellation
9.1 How to Cancel on Android (Google Play)
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right)
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  4. Find AutoSMS Excel
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"
  6. Follow the prompts to confirm
9.2 What Happens After Cancellation
  • You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will occur
  • After the period ends, you revert to the free version (2 campaigns, 20 recipients limit)
  • Your existing campaigns and data remain intact
  • You can re-subscribe anytime to regain Premium access

Important: Cancellation does NOT automatically qualify for a refund. Cancellation only stops future billing. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

10. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

  • One free trial per user/device
  • Full Premium features available during the trial period
  • Automatically converts to paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before trial ends to avoid charges
  • You can cancel immediately after starting the trial and still use Premium features for the full trial period
11. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved by Google Play:

  • Google Play Refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank/Card Processing: May take additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment method used for purchase

13. Refund for Unused Subscription Time

No Partial Period Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time, except as required by law in your jurisdiction. When you cancel, you retain Premium access until the end of your paid period.

14. Exceptions Required by Law

In certain jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may provide additional refund rights beyond this policy. If applicable law in your region requires refunds in specific circumstances, those legal requirements will take precedence over this policy.

15. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through:

  • Updates to this webpage
  • In-app notifications (for material changes)
  • Email (if we have your contact information)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
