Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Call Lock Pro mobile application (the "App") operated by BinaryScript Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Call Lock Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Call Lock Pro on your personal device for its intended purpose: locking and managing incoming calls.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
1.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Distribute, license, or sell the App or any part of it
- Use the App to interfere with or disrupt the functionality of any device or service
- Attempt to bypass any security measures or access controls within the App
2. Features and Functionality
App Features
Call Lock Pro provides the following core features:
- Call Locking: PIN, pattern, and biometric (fingerprint) authentication to prevent unauthorized answering of incoming calls
- Call Blocking: Block calls based on phone numbers, prefixes, and digit patterns
- Quiet Hours: Scheduled call blocking during user-defined time periods with configurable days
- International Number Lock: Auto-detect and lock foreign numbers via SIM country
- Earphone Protection: Mute audio to prevent headphone/Bluetooth answering
- App Lock: Separate PIN to protect App settings
- Block List Import/Export: JSON backup of block lists (user-controlled)
- 16 Languages: English, Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, French, German, Indonesian, Urdu, Turkish, Korean, Telugu
Device Compatibility: The effectiveness of call locking and blocking features depends on your device manufacturer, Android version, and system permissions granted. Denying required permissions may result in reduced functionality. You can manage permissions through your device settings at any time.
2.1 Call Locking
The App provides call locking functionality using PIN, pattern, and biometric authentication. These features are designed to prevent unauthorized answering of your incoming calls. The effectiveness depends on your device, Android version, and system permissions granted.
2.2 Call Blocking
The App allows you to block calls based on phone numbers, prefixes, and digit patterns. Call blocking functionality requires specific system permissions and may vary depending on your device manufacturer and Android version.
2.3 Quiet Hours
The App provides scheduled call blocking during user-defined time periods. Known contacts may bypass quiet hours as configured by you.
2.4 Permissions
The App requires certain device permissions to function (phone state, contacts, call log, overlay, notifications, and others). Denying required permissions may result in reduced functionality. You can manage permissions through your device settings at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 In-App Purchases
Call Lock Pro offers the following purchase options:
- Free Version: Full features with Google AdMob advertisements
- Premium Monthly: Ad-free experience with all premium features, billed monthly
- Premium Yearly: Ad-free experience with all premium features, billed annually
- Premium Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent ad-free access
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.
3.2 Billing
By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3.3 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain premium access until the end of your paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, code, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of BinaryScript Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will function without interruption or errors
- The App will be compatible with all devices or Android versions
- Call locking or blocking will work in every scenario, as functionality depends on device manufacturer, Android version, and system-level permissions
- The App will prevent all unauthorized call answering or block all unwanted calls
6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BINARYSCRIPT PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Missed or unanswered calls resulting from the App's lock or block features
- Unauthorized access to your device or calls despite using the App
- Data loss resulting from App malfunction, device issues, or uninstallation
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BinaryScript Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications to the App and Terms
8.1 App Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Sections 4 through 7 shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BinaryScript Private Limited regarding the use of Call Lock Pro.
