2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
- Phone number (required for login via OTP verification or Truecaller)
- Name, email, country, and language (optional, collected if you log in via Truecaller)
2.2 Device Information
- Android ID
- Device manufacturer and model
- Operating system version
- Package name and platform identifier
2.3 Usage Data
- App usage events collected via Firebase Analytics (e.g., screens viewed, features used)
- Mantra session statistics (deity, count, timestamp) stored locally on your device
Local Data: Mantra session history, alarm settings, and user preferences (selected deity, wish, mantra count) are stored locally on your device using Room Database. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to delete it.
2.4 Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed entirely by third-party payment providers (Razorpay, PhonePe, and Google Play Billing). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details, bank account information, or UPI credentials.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Authentication: To verify your identity and manage your account via phone number and OTP
- App Functionality: To provide mantra chanting features, track your session history, manage alarms, and personalize your experience
- Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App and improve its features and performance
- Subscription Management: To manage your premium subscription status and entitlements
- Communication: To send you OTPs for login and important service-related notifications
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
- Mantra session history, alarm settings, and user preferences (selected deity, wish, mantra count) are stored locally on your device using Room Database
- Authentication tokens (JWT access and refresh tokens) are stored in Android EncryptedSharedPreferences using AES256 encryption
4.2 Server-Side Storage
Your phone number and account information are stored on our servers solely for authentication and subscription management purposes. We do not store mantra sessions, preferences, or any spiritual practice data on our servers.
4.3 Security Measures
- We use industry-standard encryption (AES256) for sensitive data stored on your device
- All network communications between the App and our servers use HTTPS encryption
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction

6. SMS Permissions
The App uses the Google SMS Retriever API to automatically read OTP codes sent during phone number verification. This is used solely for the purpose of auto-filling the OTP field for your convenience. We do not read, store, or transmit any other SMS messages from your device.
7. Data Retention
- We retain your account information for as long as your account is active
- Local data (mantra sessions, preferences, alarm settings) remains on your device until you clear the App data or uninstall the App
- You may request deletion of your account and associated server-side data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
- Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information from our servers within a reasonable timeframe
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected], and we will take steps to delete such information.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
