Daily Mantra - Jaap Counter

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Daily Mantra - Jaap Counter mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Binaryscript Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Daily Mantra - Jaap Counter is a spiritual practice application that provides the following features:

  • Mantra chanting with audio playback for various deities
  • Digital jaap (chanting) counter to track your mantra recitations
  • Session history and progress tracking
  • Customizable alarms and reminders for daily practice
  • Personalized experience based on your selected deity and preferences

The App is available with both free and premium (subscription-based) features.

3. Account and Authentication
  • To use the App, you must create an account by verifying your phone number via OTP (One-Time Password) or by logging in through Truecaller
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Each account is associated with a phone number. You must provide a valid phone number that belongs to you
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Free Features

The App provides certain features at no cost, including basic mantra chanting and counting functionality.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Additional premium features are available through a paid subscription:

  • Premium Monthly: Rs. 99/month
  • 7-Day Trial: Rs. 5
4.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Make sure to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by third-party payment providers including Razorpay, PhonePe, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these payment services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective payment provider through which the purchase was made. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or any associated networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to mantras, audio recordings, images, icons, user interface design, graphics, and text, is the property of Binaryscript Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Spiritual Content Disclaimer: The spiritual and religious content provided in the App is for personal devotional practice only. We make no claims regarding any spiritual, religious, or therapeutic benefits from using the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Binaryscript Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality
  • Any content obtained from the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Not Professional Advice: The App is not a substitute for professional religious, spiritual, medical, or psychological advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such guidance.

9. Termination
  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through an App update or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
