Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through Google Play Store. We do not directly process payments or refunds. Google Play handles all subscription billing, payment processing, and refund requests.
1. Subscription Plans
Game Screen Recorder Pro offers the following premium purchase options through Google Play:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly with auto-renewal
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually with auto-renewal
- Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent premium access

2. Auto-Renewal
Important: Auto-Renewal
Premium subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- Select Game Screen Recorder Pro
- Tap Cancel subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period. No refund will be provided for the remaining time in the current subscription period.
4. Refund Eligibility

Within 48 hours of purchase: Google Play typically approves refund requests automatically if submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase. This is the best time to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the purchase.
4.2 After 48 Hours
After the 48-hour window, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Google Play. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on Google's refund policies and the circumstances of your request.
4.3 Refundable Situations
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Accidental Purchase: You purchased a subscription by mistake
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Technical Issues: The App has technical problems that prevent you from using premium features
- Unauthorized Charges: Your account was charged without your authorization
4.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally NOT provided in the following cases:
- Partial subscription periods (no pro-rated refunds)
- Change of mind after the 48-hour window
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Lost recordings (local storage is user's responsibility)
- Device incompatibility (if device meets stated requirements)
