Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Game Screen Recorder Pro mobile application ("App") operated by Binaryscript Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.
1.2 Acceptable Use
Recording Consent & Legal Compliance
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the App to:
- Record content that you do not have the right to capture, including copyrighted material, confidential information, or content belonging to others without their consent.
- Record private conversations or individuals without their knowledge and consent where required by applicable law.
- Create, distribute, or store content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
1.3 Your Responsibility
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you record, edit, and share using the App. We do not monitor, review, or control your recordings. You must ensure that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
2.1 Premium Features
Subscription Details
Certain features of the App require an active premium subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the App and on Google Play.
2.2 Billing
All payments are processed through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play's terms of service and payment terms. We do not directly process or store payment information.
2.3 Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

2.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice is provided through the App or Google Play.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Binaryscript Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
3.2 Your Content
You retain all rights to the recordings and content you create using the App. We claim no ownership over your recordings.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Recordings will be free from defects or data loss.
- The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions.
5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BINARYSCRIPT PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF RECORDINGS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binaryscript Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App.
- Content you record, create, or share using the App.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked. Recordings already saved on your device remain yours.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Binaryscript Private Limited regarding the use of Game Screen Recorder Pro.
