When you subscribe to premium features:

  • Payment information is processed by Google Play Store
  • We receive only subscription status (active/inactive/expired)

  • Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play's secure payment system

  • This data is saved in the app's private storage directory, accessible only by the App

  • Data remains on your device until you delete the App
4.2 Account Data (Gmail Authentication)
  • Your Gmail authentication token is securely stored on your device
  • We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 protocol for Gmail authentication

To delete your account:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account

  • Note: Business data stored locally will remain until you uninstall the App

To delete all data:

  • Uninstall the App from your device
  • This will permanently delete all locally stored business data
  • This action cannot be undone
6.4 Opt-Out of Communications
  • You can opt-out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link
  • Account-related communications (e.g., subscription expiry) cannot be opted out
6.5 Privacy Controls
  • You control what business information you enter into the App
  • You can choose not to save sensitive information (e.g., bank details)
  • You can clear data at any time through the App settings

7. Children's Privacy

The Invoice & Receipt Maker app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Since all your business data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers of your business information. Only Gmail authentication data is processed by Google's servers, which may be located in various countries. Google complies with international data protection laws and frameworks.

9. Data Retention

9.1 Account Data
  • Gmail authentication data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Upon account deletion, authentication data is removed within 30 days
9.2 Business Data
  • Business data (invoices, clients, inventory) is stored locally on your device indefinitely
  • Data is only deleted when you manually delete it or uninstall the App
9.3 Subscription Data
  • Subscription history is retained as per Google Play Store policies (typically for accounting and legal purposes)

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes:

  • The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
  • Significant changes will be notified through the App or via email
  • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
