Terms of Service for Morse Master

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Morse Master mobile application ("App") operated by Binaryscript Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Sublicense, sell, or lease the App to third parties

3. App Functionality

Morse Master provides the following features:

4. Device Permissions

The App requires access to:

• Camera: To detect incoming Morse code light signals
• Flashlight: To transmit Morse code signals

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensuring your device meets minimum requirements
• Not using the flashlight feature in a manner that may cause harm or distraction (e.g., while driving, near aircraft, or in situations where sudden bright lights could be dangerous)
• Not using the App to transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Any consequences arising from your use of the App

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• User interface and design
• Graphics, icons, and logos
• Text and content

are owned by Binaryscript Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license described above.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate
• The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINARYSCRIPT PRIVATE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage arising from your use of the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any interruption or cessation of App functionality

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY) OR INR 1,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Binaryscript Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Update, enhance, or remove features
• Change technical requirements

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App is revoked
• You must cease all use of the App
• Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Binaryscript Private Limited regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
