1. Payment Processing
Google Play Handles All Payments

All purchases, payments, and refunds for Offline Shop are processed through Google Play Store. We do not directly handle payment information or process refunds. For any payment or refund issues, you must contact Google Play Store support or request a refund through your Google Play account.

2. Free Version

The free version of Offline Shop requires no payment and therefore has no refunds. The free version includes:

  • Full functionality with unlimited products and orders
  • Advertisement-supported experience
  • Access to all core features
3. Premium Subscription Plans

Offline Shop offers the following premium subscription options:

Premium Plans:

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹99/month (ad-free experience)
  • Yearly Subscription: ₹999/year (ad-free, save 16%)
  • Lifetime Purchase: ₹2,999 (one-time payment, ad-free forever)

Premium benefits include:

  • Completely ad-free experience
  • All premium features unlocked
  • Priority customer support
  • Access to future premium features
4. Subscription Auto-Renewal
Auto-Renewal Notice

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period
  • You will be charged 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You will receive a notification before the charge
  • To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • The Lifetime plan does not auto-renew (one-time payment)
5. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to premium features until the period ends
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in the current period (except as required by law)

How to Cancel: Open Google Play Store → Tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → Select "Offline Shop" → Tap "Cancel subscription"

6. Refund Window and Eligibility
6.1 48-Hour Refund Window
Automatic Refund Approval

Within 48 hours of purchase, you can request a refund directly through Google Play, and it will typically be approved automatically. This is Google Play's standard refund policy for in-app purchases and subscriptions.

6.2 After 48 Hours

After the 48-hour window:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Google Play
  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted in exceptional circumstances

6.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted for:

6.4 Non-Refundable Cases
