Refund Policy Overview
Palm Reader AI offers premium subscription plans and in-app purchases that are processed and managed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for these purchases.
BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues related to your purchase.
Google Play Store Refunds
For purchases made through the Google Play Store, refund requests are handled directly by Google, not by BinaryScript. According to Google's policy:
- For eligible in-app purchases and new subscriptions, you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase
- To request a refund, visit Google Play Order History, select your Palm Reader AI purchase, and click "Request a refund"
- For subscription purchases, you may cancel at any time, but the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current subscription period after the initial 48-hour window, except in special circumstances (see below)
- Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
Apple App Store Refunds
For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled directly by Apple, not by BinaryScript. According to Apple's policy:
- You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem website
- Sign in with your Apple ID and select the purchase you want to request a refund for
- Choose your reason for the refund and submit your request
- Apple will review your request and notify you of their decision
- Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their policies
Subscription Cancellations
For Google Play (Android):
You may cancel your Palm Reader AI premium subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find the Palm Reader AI subscription and tap it
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions
For Apple App Store (iOS):
You may cancel your Palm Reader AI premium subscription through your iOS device settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Palm Reader AI and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Important notes about subscription cancellations:
- Canceling a subscription will stop automatic renewal
- You will still have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- The purchase was made within the last 48 hours (Google Play) or within Apple's refund window
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing premium features despite troubleshooting attempts
- The app fails to deliver core functionality as described in the app listing (e.g., palm line detection not working)
- Duplicate or unauthorized charges occurred
- Billing errors or incorrect subscription charges
Special Circumstances and Technical Issues
If you encounter technical issues with Palm Reader AI that prevent you from using the premium features you've purchased, please contact us at [email protected] before requesting a refund through your app store.
We will make every effort to:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and support
- Offer alternative solutions or workarounds
- Update the app to fix bugs affecting premium features (e.g., palm scanning, AI analysis, cloud sync)
In exceptional cases where the app fails to deliver the core functionality as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may request assistance for a refund beyond the standard app store refund window. In such cases:

- Include your Google Play order number / Apple transaction ID
- Provide the email address associated with your app store account
- Describe the specific functionality that is not working as expected (e.g., "Palm line detection fails", "Readings not syncing", "Premium features not unlocking")
- Include any error messages, screenshots, or steps to reproduce the issue
- Allow us reasonable time to attempt to resolve the issue (typically 7-14 business days)
Please note that we cannot directly process refunds for app store purchases, but we can assist in documenting valid technical issues to support your refund request with app store support.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 48 hours (Google Play) without technical issues
- Subscriptions that have been used to generate, save, or view palm readings during the billing period
- Subscriptions canceled after the renewal date has passed
- Refund requests based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with palm reading results, or change of mind after the refund window
- Subscriptions where the user was able to successfully use premium features
- Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date
- Refunds based on the accuracy or applicability of palm reading interpretations (as stated in our Terms of Service, readings are for entertainment purposes only)
Refund Processing Timeline
For approved refunds:
- Google Play typically processes refunds within 48 hours of approval
- Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours of approval
- It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method
- Credit card refunds may take one or two billing cycles to appear on your statement
Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:
- Contact Google Play or Apple App Store support immediately to report unauthorized charges
- Secure your account by changing your password
- Enable two-factor authentication on your account
Please note that initiating a chargeback without first contacting your app store or us may result in suspension of your account and loss of access to premium features.
Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to:
- Deny refund assistance for repeated refund requests
- Investigate suspicious refund patterns that may indicate abuse
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund fraud
- Limit future purchases for users with excessive refund requests

- Disagreement with palm reading interpretations
- Expectations of predictive accuracy
- Personal dissatisfaction with reading results
