These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Palm Reader AI mobile application operated by BinaryScript ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Palm Reader AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Palm Reader AI, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement

2. Description of Service

Palm Reader AI is a mobile application that provides palm reading analysis for entertainment purposes. The app uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to:

  • Detect and analyze palm lines from photos
  • Generate interpretations based on traditional palmistry principles
  • Provide insights about personality traits and life aspects
  • Allow users to save and share their readings

The service is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Entertainment Purpose Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Palm Reader AI is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

  • The readings generated by the app are NOT professional advice
  • They should NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice
  • Palm reading is a traditional practice and interpretations are based on historical palmistry principles
  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your situation
  • We make no claims about the predictive or diagnostic capabilities of palmistry

You acknowledge and agree that you use the app at your own discretion and risk.

4. User Accounts

A. Account Creation
  • You may use the app without creating an account (guest mode)
  • You may optionally sign in with your Google account to access additional features like syncing readings across devices
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
B. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Keep your login information secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse the service
C. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Palm Reader AI only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

  • Use the app to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the app
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the app to collect or harvest information about other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose without our permission
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. User Content

A. Your Content

When you use Palm Reader AI, you may create content such as:

  • Palm photos you capture or upload
  • Saved readings
  • Shared readings

You retain ownership of your content. By using the share feature, you grant others permission to view the readings you choose to share.

B. Our Rights

When you use our service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your palm photos to generate readings (locally on your device)
  • Store your saved readings (on your device or in the cloud if you're signed in)
  • Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the app

We will not use your personal photos or readings for marketing or share them with third parties without your consent.

C. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Violates someone else's privacy

7. Intellectual Property

A. Our Rights

Palm Reader AI and all related content, including but not limited to:

  • The app design, interface, and user experience
  • Software code and algorithms
  • Palm line detection technology
  • Interpretation database and palmistry rules
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding

...are owned by BinaryScript or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

B. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Palm Reader AI for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

C. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app
  • Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the app
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
  • Use our trademarks without permission

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Palm Reader AI offers both free and paid features:

  • Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
  • Payments will be processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store)
  • Refunds will be subject to the app store's refund policy and our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS
  • PALM READING INTERPRETATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE ACCURATE OR APPLICABLE

You use the app at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • BinaryScript SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

You acknowledge that:

  • Any decisions you make based on palm readings are your sole responsibility
  • We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your reliance on the app's interpretations
  • You should seek professional advice for important life decisions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BinaryScript, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of Palm Reader AI
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of others
  • Your content or conduct on the app

12. Third-Party Services

Palm Reader AI may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Google Sign-In for authentication
  • App stores for distribution and payments
  • Analytics services for improving the app

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

13. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • Update the app with new features or improvements
  • Change the palmistry interpretation rules and algorithms
  • Impose limits on certain features or restrict access

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes, but we are not obligated to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  • The "Last Updated" date will be revised
  • You will be notified through the app or via email (if signed in)
  • Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
  • If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the app

15. Termination

A. By You

You may stop using Palm Reader AI at any time by:

  • Uninstalling the app from your device
  • Deleting your account (if you have one)
B. By Us

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Your use of the app harms others or our service
  • We discontinue the service entirely
C. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the app immediately ends
  • Your account and associated data may be deleted
  • Locally stored data on your device will remain until you delete it
  • Provisions of these Terms that should survive (liability, indemnification, etc.) will continue to apply

16. Dispute Resolution

B. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BinaryScript regarding the use of Palm Reader AI and supersede any prior agreements.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
