Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SanatanDarshan mobile application (the "App") operated by BinaryScript ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SanatanDarshan is a mobile application that provides:

• A collection of wallpapers featuring Hindu deities and spiritual imagery
• The ability to set wallpapers on your device (home screen, lock screen)
• Live/video wallpaper functionality (Android)
• A favorites system to save preferred wallpapers
• Sharing capabilities to share wallpapers with others

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using your phone number or Google account
• You may also use the App in guest mode without creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the service or other users
• Provide false information

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may:

• Browse and view wallpapers in the App
• Download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use
• Set wallpapers on your personal devices
• Share wallpapers through the App's sharing feature
• Save wallpapers to your favorites

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

• The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by BinaryScript
• The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to the App

5.2 Wallpaper Content

• Wallpapers are provided for personal use only
• Traditional religious imagery may be in the public domain
• Artistic interpretations and designs may be protected by copyright
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use wallpapers on your personal devices

5.3 User License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and use the App on your personal devices
• Download wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use
• Share wallpapers through the App's built-in sharing feature

5.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's source code
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission
• Create competing products using our content
• Sub-license or transfer your rights under these Terms

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be available at all times
• The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BINARYSCRIPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you (if any)

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BinaryScript and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Any content you submit or share through the App

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
• Add, remove, or change features without notice
• Update the wallpaper collection
• Change technical requirements

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account by contacting us
• Uninstalling the App terminates your use

12.2 By Us

• We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms
• We may terminate the App entirely at our discretion

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your license to use the App will cease
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect (including Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 13)

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes
• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration shall be conducted in English in India
• You waive any right to participate in class actions

13.3 Exceptions

• Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations
• Small claims court actions may be filed where permitted

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BinaryScript regarding the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

14.5 Notices

These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. The English version prevails in case of conflicts.
