Refund Policy Overview

BinaryScript maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Simple Invoice Maker. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments for Simple Invoice Maker subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our") does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

Google Play Store Refunds

Google Play has its own refund policies that are independent of BinaryScript. According to Google's policy:

  • Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase at their discretion
  • To request a refund from Google, visit Google Play Order History
  • Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
  • Any refund granted by Google is at Google's sole discretion and is not provided by BinaryScript
Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Simple Invoice Maker subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Find the Simple Invoice Maker subscription and tap it
  6. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions

Important notes about subscription cancellations:

  • Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal only
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial use or early termination
  • You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All purchases made through Simple Invoice Maker are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Lifetime purchases
  • Any other in-app purchases
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Purchases where the user has accessed or used premium features
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the renewal date

We encourage you to review the app features carefully and take advantage of any free trial periods (if available) before making a purchase.

If you experience technical issues with Simple Invoice Maker, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to resolve technical problems, but technical issues do not entitle users to a refund from BinaryScript.

Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact Google Play support immediately to report unauthorized charges
  • Secure your account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to premium features. Please contact us or Google Play before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious purchase or refund patterns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund fraud or abuse
  • Limit future purchases for users with excessive refund requests through app stores
  • Take appropriate action against accounts that exploit refund policies

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
