Your client data stays on YOUR device. Client information, SIP details, and payment records are stored locally in an encrypted SQLite database and are NOT transmitted to our servers.

The App allows you to store information about your clients. This data is stored LOCALLY on your device and is NOT transmitted to our servers:
- Client names and contact details (phone, email, address)
- PAN (Permanent Account Number)
- SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) details
- Payment records and history
- Custom notes and categories
1.3 Automatically Collected Information
a) Device Information:
- Device model and manufacturer
- Operating system version
- Unique device identifiers
- App version
b) Usage Analytics (via Firebase Analytics):
- Screen views and navigation patterns
- Feature usage statistics
- Button clicks and user interactions

c) Crash and Error Data (via Firebase Crashlytics):

- Secure Storage: Authentication tokens and sensitive credentials are stored using platform-specific encrypted storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain)
3.2 Cloud Storage
Limited data is transmitted to cloud services:
- Firebase (Google Cloud): Analytics events and crash reports
- BinaryScript Servers: Authentication tokens and user profile (phone, name, email)
3.3 Security Measures
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all network communications
- Encrypted storage for sensitive credentials
- Secure token-based authentication
- Regular security assessments
3.4 Backup Data
When you create a backup:
- Backup files are stored locally on your device
- Backup files are in JSON format
- You control when backups are created and restored
- Backup files are not automatically uploaded to any cloud service

- Usage: Read-only access; contacts are not uploaded to any server

- Purpose: To send daily SIP reminders and payment alerts
- Usage: Local notifications only; no push notification servers involved
5.3 Storage (Optional)
- Purpose: To create and restore backup files
- Usage: Read/write access to app's designated storage area
You can manage these permissions through your device settings at any time.
6. Data Retention
6.1 Local Data
- Retained indefinitely until you uninstall the app or clear app data
- You can delete specific records within the app at any time
6.2 Analytics Data
- Firebase Analytics: Retained for 26 months (Google's default)
- Firebase Crashlytics: Retained for 90 days
6.3 Authentication Data
- Access tokens: 30 days validity
- Refresh tokens: 90 days validity
- Cleared upon logout or account deletion
6.4 Server Data
- User profile data retained until account deletion requested

7. Your Rights
7.1 Access
- View all data stored in the app
- Export your data using the backup feature
7.2 Correction
- Edit or update any information in the app
7.3 Deletion
- Delete individual records (clients, SIPs, payments)
- Clear all app data through device settings

7.4 Portability
- Export your data in CSV format
- Create JSON backups for data transfer
7.5 Opt-Out
- Disable analytics collection in app settings (if available)
- Deny optional permissions
- Uninstall the app to stop all data collection
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
