This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to the SIP Book mobile application operated by BinaryScript Private Limited.

Current Status: Free App

SIP Book is currently available as a free application with all core features accessible without payment. As there are no paid features at this time, this refund policy applies to any future paid features or subscriptions that may be introduced.

1. Free Features

The following features are currently available free of charge:

  • Unlimited SIP tracking and management
  • Client management with contact details
  • Payment tracking (Paid, Partial, Missed)
  • Trail commission income estimator
  • WhatsApp, Call, and SMS follow-up integration
  • Data backup and restore
  • CSV export functionality
  • Multi-language support (English, Hindi, Hinglish)
  • Daily SIP reminder notifications
2. Future Paid Features (If Applicable)

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

2.1 Google Play Store Purchases

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy:

  • 48-Hour Window: Google Play may automatically approve refunds within 48 hours of purchase
  • After 48 Hours: Refund requests must be submitted to Google Play directly
  • Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel subscriptions at any time through Google Play Store
2.2 How to Request a Refund from Google Play

Via Google Play Store App:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Budget & history > Order history
  4. Find the order you want to return
  5. Tap Refund or Report a problem
  6. Select the option that describes your situation

Via Web:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
  2. Find the order you want to return
  3. Select Request a refund or Report a problem
  4. Follow the instructions
2.3 Subscription Cancellation

If subscriptions are introduced:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund past charges
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Manage subscriptions through Google Play Store > Subscriptions
3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Technical issues preventing access to paid features
  • Duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized purchases
4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription time already used
  • Refund requests made after extended use of paid features

  • Export your records to CSV format
  • Your data remains on your device even after subscription cancellation

  • Google Play Refunds: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: May take additional time depending on your bank
