Auto Driver - Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview
Binaryscript Private Limited maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions made through Auto Driver. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.
Payments for Auto Driver subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Binaryscript Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") does not directly process payments or issue refunds.
7-Day Free Trial
Your first Auto Driver subscription includes a seven (7) day free trial. During the trial period you will not be charged.
- If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will not be charged
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play will automatically charge you for the first paid month and your subscription will continue on a monthly recurring basis
- We strongly encourage you to evaluate the App fully during the free trial period
Google Play Store Refunds
Google Play has its own refund policies that are independent of Binaryscript Private Limited. According to Google's policy:
- Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase at their discretion
- To request a refund from Google, visit Google Play Order History
- Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
- Any refund granted by Google is at Google's sole discretion and is not provided by Binaryscript Private Limited
Subscription Cancellations
For Google Play (Android):
You may cancel your Auto Driver subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find the Auto Driver subscription and tap it
- Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions
Important notes about subscription cancellations:
- Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal only
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
- No refunds are provided for partial use or early termination
- You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable
All purchases made through Auto Driver are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
- Purchases where the user has accessed or used paid features
- Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the trial or renewal date
We encourage you to take full advantage of the 7-day free trial to evaluate the App before being charged.
Consumer Protection Laws
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such laws require us to offer refunds in specific circumstances, we will comply with those legal obligations.
Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with Auto Driver, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to resolve technical problems, but technical issues do not entitle users to a refund from Binaryscript Private Limited.
Please note that the App relies on the visible layout of rideshare app screens. If a rideshare app changes its layout, the App may temporarily be unable to grade offers from that app until we release an update. This is a known limitation of the App and is not grounds for a refund.
Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:
- Contact Google Play Store support immediately to report unauthorized charges
- Secure your Google account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication
Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to paid features. Please contact us or Google Play before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspicious purchase or refund patterns
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund fraud or abuse
- Limit future purchases for users with excessive refund requests through app stores
- Take appropriate action against accounts that exploit refund policies
Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
