CrimeFM - Audio Crime Stories

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrimeFM mobile application (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Binaryscript Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using CrimeFM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using CrimeFM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to access CrimeFM.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. See How to Delete Your Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Licence to Use the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use CrimeFM for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

5. Content and Acceptable Use

All audio stories, episodes, text, artwork, logos, and other materials in the App (the "Content") are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may listen to and download Content for your own personal, offline use within the App only.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, record, rip, redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, sell, or sublicense any Content
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access-control feature
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Use automated means to access, scrape, or download Content

If you believe any Content is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or wrongly concerns you, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

CrimeFM is free to download. We may offer optional paid subscriptions or in-app purchases that unlock additional features or content.

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not process payments directly and do not receive your payment credentials.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled through your Google Play account settings.
• Prices, plans, and the features included in any plan may change. We will give notice of changes as required by applicable law and by Google Play.
• All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or granted at Google's discretion. See our Refund Policy.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google Play services, and Amazon Web Services) to function. Your use of the App is also subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13) will survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 13.3, the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

13.3 Informal Resolution

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in the App and reflected in the "Last Updated" date. We may notify you of material changes in-app. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, complaints regarding the App or Content may be sent to:
