Refund Policy Overview

BinaryScript (Nitesh) maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscriptions and in-app purchases made through PromoReel. All sales are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable.

Payments for PromoReel Pro and Business subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. BinaryScript ("we", "us", or "our") does not directly process payments or issue refunds.

3-Day Free Trial

First-time installs of PromoReel may include a 3-day free Pro trial. During the trial period you will not be charged.

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will not be charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play will automatically charge you for the first billing period and your subscription will continue on a recurring basis
  • We strongly encourage you to evaluate the App fully during the free trial period
Google Play Store Refunds

Google Play has its own refund policies that are independent of BinaryScript. According to Google's policy:

  • Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase at their discretion
  • To request a refund from Google, visit Google Play Order History
  • Google makes all final decisions regarding refunds for Google Play purchases
  • Any refund granted by Google is at Google's sole discretion and is not provided by BinaryScript
Subscription Plans

PromoReel offers the following paid subscription options:

  • Pro Monthly — All 12 motion styles, 50 music tracks, no watermark, no ads, 3 branding presets
  • Pro Yearly — Same as Pro Monthly, billed annually (best value)
  • Business Monthly — Everything in Pro, plus 1080p Full HD export, 60-second videos, batch mode, multi-format export
  • Business Yearly — Same as Business Monthly, billed annually
Subscription Cancellations
For Google Play (Android):

You may cancel your PromoReel subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Find the PromoReel subscription and tap it
  6. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions

Important notes about subscription cancellations:

  • Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal only
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial use or early termination
  • You can resubscribe at any time after cancellation
All Purchases Are Non-Refundable

All purchases made through PromoReel are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pro and Business monthly subscriptions
  • Pro and Business yearly subscriptions
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Purchases where the user has accessed or used paid features
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before the trial or renewal date

We encourage you to take full advantage of the 3-day free Pro trial to evaluate the App before being charged.

Exceptional Cases

In exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate charges or clear billing errors), you may contact us at [email protected]. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis, but please note that refund approval is not guaranteed and remains at our sole discretion. Actual processing of any approved refund is handled by Google Play.

Consumer Protection Laws

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such laws require us to offer refunds in specific circumstances, we will comply with those legal obligations.

Technical Support

If you experience technical issues with PromoReel, please contact us at [email protected]. Our team will make every effort to resolve technical problems, but technical issues do not entitle users to a refund from BinaryScript.

Fraudulent Purchases and Chargebacks

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization:

  • Contact Google Play Store support immediately to report unauthorized charges
  • Secure your Google account by changing your password and enabling two-factor authentication

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent loss of access to paid features. Please contact us or Google Play before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Fair Usage Policy

We reserve the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious purchase or refund patterns
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in refund fraud or abuse
  • Limit future purchases for users with excessive refund requests through app stores
  • Take appropriate action against accounts that exploit refund policies
Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
