How to Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. ListDial stores your data in two places, and they are deleted differently. This page explains both.

Do you even have an account? Only users in India sign in, because Google Sign-In is required there. If you are outside India, ListDial never created an account for you and we hold no server-side profile — clearing the app's data or uninstalling removes everything. Skip to Step 3.

warning Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

ListDial requires an active subscription, so most users have one. Cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or a UPI AutoPay mandate.

Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
If you pay by PhonePe / UPI (India):
  1. Open your UPI app (for example PhonePe)
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Go to Autopay (Manage Subscriptions / Mandates)
  4. Find the ListDial mandate
  5. Tap Cancel or Stop to end the recurring AutoPay

You can also email [email protected] to request cancellation.

If you pay through Google Play (outside India, or a legacy Play subscription):
  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Select ListDial
  4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions
Step 2: Request Deletion of Your Server Account (India / signed-in users)

Include in your email:

  • The email address of the Google account you signed in with
  • Confirmation that you want your account and its data deleted
  • Reason for leaving (optional, helps us improve)

We verify the request and delete your server-side data within 30 days.

Step 3: Clear Your Local Data

Everything in your CRM — your contacts, call outcomes and notes — lives only on your phone. We have no copy of it and cannot delete it for you. Remove it yourself in either of these ways:

From inside the app: open Settings and use the option to clear your data. This removes your local CRM data but does not delete your server account — for that, follow Step 2.

Or uninstall: device Settings > Apps > ListDial > Uninstall. This removes all locally stored data, including anything the in-app option leaves behind.

Export first if you want to keep your work. ListDial can export your contacts and call results to Excel/CSV. Once local data is cleared it cannot be recovered by you or by us, because it was never uploaded.

What Gets Deleted

1. Local data (on your device) — removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall:

  • Contacts imported from Excel/CSV or from your phonebook, and every column you imported
  • Call outcomes, dispositions, notes and lead stages
  • Voice notes recorded against a contact
  • Interaction history, campaigns, tasks, tags and message templates
  • Message content detected by Reply Detection
  • The Excel/CSV files you imported or exported
  • App settings and cached sign-in tokens

2. Server data (our servers) — removed within 30 days of a verified request:

  • Your profile: email address, display name and Google/Firebase account identifier
  • Device identifier, device information, country and language
  • Push notification token, so you stop receiving notifications
  • Subscription status and payment references
  • Aggregate usage counters and your saved app settings
Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Aggregate and anonymised analytics that do not identify you
  • Payment and transaction records required for tax, accounting or legal compliance
  • Records required to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes
Important Notes
  • Deletion is permanent. Your calling lists, outcomes and history cannot be recovered.
  • Subscriptions are not refunded. Deleting your account does not qualify you for a refund — see our Refund Policy.
  • Cancel before you delete. A live UPI mandate keeps debiting even after your account is gone.
  • Re-registering: you can sign in again with the same Google account, but you will start with a fresh, empty account.
  • Your Google account is not affected. To revoke ListDial's access, visit Google Account > Third-party apps.
  • The people in your lists: their details were only ever on your device, so clearing local data removes them. We never held them.
